Blaze or Breeze as we have come to call her came to join us on the 24th November 2009 aged 13 months. She is a Great Dane with loads of character and is also very affectionate. She joined us from the Dogs Trust near Norwich. She was have eating issues while at the centre, but these promptly disappeared when she came home. She eats like a horse and loves a variety of food including Sunday roast dinners, which all the dogs share with us. The weight she lost is going back on and her muscle tone has improved significantly from playing with Ludo in the big field and paddocks.

Breeze has settled in well despite a few initial problems. She now goes to training classes with Ludo so socialize her and give her a good basic training. She is very intelligent and is the new head dog. She has a soft spot for Bentley and treats him like a young puppy at times. Some times she stops Ludo playing with him despite Bentley wanting to play tugger with Ludo. She likes to get up onto the window sills to look out. She also like to put her front feet on your shoulders and give you a kiss. This we are discouraging as it could be dangerous with small kids and older guests.
